Supporting local artists

BLU FM are always keen to support and promote local artists - whether it's literature, music or visual arts, our presenters are happy to interview an artist, or showcase samples of their work on air. If you have a new music release, sending a copy to our music library is a good place to start. Various specalist music programs target these releases and they are aired on a regular basis. We also have a gig guide service that is broadcast regularly during the week - a great way to promote your gig. Feel free to submit upcoming gig details, and they will also be posted on this website.

An online presence

BLU FM now has an online music page showcasing some current local releases. These albums are given airplay and our selections encompass all genres of music.
