Community radio is an important part of the broadcasting sector and with over 50 programs and over 70 'on air' presenters BLU FM reflects the mountains diverse range of interests and organisations in our programming.

We are licensed to broadcast from Woodford to Mt Victoria and regularly reach beyond this footprint.  

BLU FM is mostly live to air from morning to midnight 7 days a week and is permitted to play up to 5 minutes of sponsored announcements per hour.

Sponsorship benefits include:

• regular exposure to a growing listenership

• our listeners are mostly people who live, shop and do business locally

• announcements are expertly written and produced in full stereo quality

• your choice of voice-over and promotional image

• your message rotated regularly to maximise audience exposure

• each announcement concludes with a clear statement of your sponsorship eg:  "...(your business name)..., sponsoring BLU FM 89.1"

• the option of being included on our dynamic website

• a significant proportion of our listeners say they listen only to us and the ABC

Regular radio sponsorship announcements are an effective way of making a strong and lasting impression on the listener.

Sponsorship packages

We offer a range of affordable sponsorship packages from $220 incl GST.

All packages based on a 7 day week and include production costs.

Optional extra with any package: for $22.00 incl GST we will include your logo and address on our website for the duration of your initial sponsorship and for $11.00 incl GST with each renewal or subsequent sponsorship period.

Seasonal specials are often available for special rates.

The prestigious Community Notice Board and weather sponsorships also become available from time to time.
