Blufm Program Profiles

Time Machine
with Josh Graham & Tom Oriti
4pm - 6pm Saturdays

We welcome you to our humble abode, the online spinoff of our little radio program broadcast every Saturday on BLU FM 89.1 - a great station dedicated to bringing you quality radio, and... us. But don't be afraid! Between our ever so interesting conversations and out of the blue comments on the social and political arenas, we like to play an eclectic range of music - ranging from 60s and 70s flashbacks in the first hour, to all the latest hits and misses in the second. And, dear listener, we like to incorporate you into the fun! You can make all the requests you desire, vote for our 'virtual five' countdown, and participate in the various competitions and call surveys we hold each week. In the past, listeners have been tossing and turning in their sleep and losing all elements of concentration at their workplaces while waiting till the end of the week, where the 'what's in my sack?' object would be revealed once again. We have all enjoyed saying happy birthday each week to those people in the entertainment industry that just don't get as much recognition as they should, and who can forget the adventures of our favourite FBI agents in 'The Next Files'?!

On a more relevant note, we do try to make your Saturday afternoons fun and frolicky - and in answer to some enquiries by various listeners, no - this is not a H.G. Wells fanclub. Our title makes some sense when you think about it, we play the old music in the first hour, and then 'warp' into the second for all the 'junk' (quote our mothers). Now both ends of the age spectrum can listen and have a great Saturday afternoon. So come, join us, ring up and have a chat or just sit back and relax, while Time Machine tries to be daring on the BLU.

Below are some images of what you don't see while Time Machine is blasting over the airwaves. Be Afraid...
("Wow, these images are years old. Mental note: new photos eventually" :-)

Hopefully, some better images will surface soon. Hold your horses!!
(that's the correct phrase, right?)
